What this shop offers

D&K Tax Firm LLC sells physical document folders and desk organizers in US dollars for delivery to eligible US addresses. Despite our legal name, this website does not offer tax preparation, accounting services, investment advice or document-retention advice. Product selection and the paper-fit guide concern stationery and desk use only. Please read the product details together with these terms before sending an order request.

Product names, dimensions, materials, pack quantities and the listed Standard variant describe the item being offered. A photograph helps show form, but it is not a measurement tool or an assurance that unlisted accessories are included. Papers, pens, labels and filing rails are not included unless expressly listed. A selection is subject to confirmation before acceptance and does not reserve an item.

From request to confirmed order

You choose items and quantities and provide accurate contact and delivery information. The submission asks us to review the proposed order; it does not take money, confirm dispatch or guarantee acceptance. We aim to reply within 2 business days with the selection, total and bank-transfer arrangements. We may need to clarify a fit question, address, quantity or item availability before confirmation.

An order is accepted when we explicitly confirm it in writing and acknowledge the agreed payment. Do not transfer funds before receiving the correct written details. If we cannot supply an item, we will explain the available choices rather than silently substituting another product. You may decline a proposed change. If payment has already been received for an item we cannot provide and no alternative is agreed, we will issue its refund within 5 business days; your bank may need another 3–10 business days to post it.

Prices, tax and delivery boundaries

Displayed merchandise prices include applicable sales tax; no separate sales-tax amount is added at checkout. Standard shipping is $6.95, or free when the merchandise total after any discount reaches $65. Shipping is separate from the merchandise total. A displayed pricing or description error will be explained before acceptance rather than used to charge an unexpected amount. You can decline a corrected proposal.

Delivery is limited to street addresses in the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC. No international, Alaska, Hawaii, territory, military-postal or PO-box service is offered. There is no pickup or walk-in shopping service. Handling takes 1–2 business days and standard transit 2–6 business days after payment and a deliverable address are confirmed. These are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival appointment. The Shipping Policy explains delays and receiving steps.

Changes, cancellations and returns

Contact us promptly with your reference if an item, quantity or address is wrong. A change or cancellation confirmed before dispatch has no store cancellation fee. After dispatch, interception is not guaranteed; use the Returns and Refunds Policy for the next steps. An unconfirmed message is not proof that a shipment has changed. We will explain what can still be done.

Unused, complete items may be requested for return within 30 calendar days beginning the day after delivery. There is no change-of-mind restocking fee. Return postage, condition requirements, damaged-item procedures and refund timing are set out separately in the Returns and Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms removes remedies that applicable law requires for defective or misdescribed goods. A voluntary change-of-mind condition is not a blanket waiver of those remedies.

Use products and the website sensibly

Keep organizers on a stable surface, avoid overfilling and follow the material-care guide. No listed product is sold as a fireproof container, waterproof enclosure, locked security system or certified archival product. We do not publish tested load limits or universal sheet counts. You remain responsible for deciding how to protect confidential records and for checking measurements essential to your intended use.

Do not misuse the website to interfere with service, submit fraudulent requests, access another person's information or upload unlawful material. Do not send personal paperwork to demonstrate an ordinary product question. Website text and product imagery are provided to help you shop; permission to browse does not grant permission to resell our content as your own catalogue. Reasonable product questions and good-faith complaints are welcome.

Please start with the contact routes below and include your reference and the result you are seeking. We will review the details without requiring you to post a public review or waive a lawful complaint route. These terms do not promise uninterrupted website access or exclude responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. An update applies to later dealings, not a silent rewrite of an already-agreed order. Keep the confirmation for your own records.
