Paper notes / contact
How can we help with your paper setup?
Contact D&K Tax Firm LLC about product fit, an order request, a return or privacy.
Product questions
Tell us the product name or ID and the measurement or feature you need to check. For a fit question, provide the relevant clear interior dimensions of your drawer, shelf or filing rails. A brief description is usually enough; please do not attach invoices, identity documents or paperwork containing other people's personal information.
We aim to respond within 2 business days, Monday through Friday excluding US federal holidays. This is a response target, not a staffed-hours or instant-chat promise. If you do not hear back, check your spam folder and contact us again using the same reference or original subject.

An existing order request
Include your reference if you have one, the name used for the request and a short description of what needs attention. Sending a request does not charge you or guarantee dispatch. Wait for our written confirmation and bank-transfer instructions before paying. Never send card numbers, bank login credentials or verification codes in a message.
For an address correction or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Changes can be made without a store cancellation fee before dispatch, but an already-dispatched parcel may need to follow the return process. Do not assume that sending a correction has changed a shipment until we confirm the next step.
Returns, damage and privacy
For a return, tell us which items are involved, when they arrived and whether the reason is a fit change, damage or an incorrect item. We will explain the authorized return destination and postage arrangement. Do not send goods to the correspondence address without instructions; there is no walk-in return desk or pickup service.
For a privacy request, describe whether you need access, correction or deletion, without sending sensitive documents at the outset. We may ask for a proportionate check that connects the request to the relevant order or correspondence. Our Privacy Policy explains retention limits and the information we may need to keep for accounting or a dispute.
